Growing company is seeking an experienced people leader to manage their Product Application team around radiators, compressors, pumps, valves, and flow control — owning front‑end design, quoting, and order processes with a focus on speed, accuracy, and data‑driven decisions.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the team.
- Distribute workload based on team strengths and hold the team accountable.
- Manage SLAs for quote turnaround and on‑time delivery.
- Drive process improvement and automation to reduce cost to serve.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience including at least 8 years of true leadership duties in a defined managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
