Overview
POSITION: Load Former
LOCATION: Conyers, Millugator
SHIFT: 2nd or 3rd shift
PAY: $18.00/hr
Responsibilities- Follow all company safety guidelines.
- Ability to read production sheets.
- Quickly identify a quality defect and communicate immediately to machine operators.
- Quality checks using micrometer, tape measure, etc.
- Able to read a tape measure up to 1/16” variance.
- All units have an accurate load tag and the appearance meets plant’s requirements.
- Basic Computer Skills (Data Entry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work extended work hours and weekends, as needed.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work in varying temperatures.
- Professional Attitude & conduct.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Pass background check, drug screen, and physical.
Eligible for insurance benefits within ONE Month of hire.
3 Months:
Paid holidays, and 401k with partial match
6 Months: PAID vacation days
