We’re looking for a Box Machine Operator to safely form, assemble, and prepare boxes for production. You’ll support efficient packaging operations by setting up box formers, coordinating with machine operators, and ensuring sanitation and documentation accuracy.

• Hand form, tape, and label boxes
• Operate Bliss and RSC box formers
• Set up and adjust mandrills for different box sizes
• Coordinate with operators, leads, and supervisors during changeovers
• Troubleshoot and correct minor mechanical issues
• Maintain clean, organized box machine areas
• Follow safety, food safety, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Document completed tasks

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months of manufacturing or equipment experience
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours
• Ability to differentiate colors and work around machinery

• Full-time in a production environment
• High noise, wet/humid, hot/cold conditions
• PPE required
