Perform precision setup of bridge guides and the glue station, ensuring alignment for each run.;
Monitor and adjust machine settings for tension, alignment, adhesion, and warp control mid-run.;
Handle paper roll stock, confirm sizing and grade, execute splices, ensure efficient material usage.;
Operate the double-backer at maximum capacity and speed in sync with corrugator flow.;
Complete production, quality, and safety reports and assist in training new dry-end personnel.
