Material Handler Forklift

Position: Material Handler with Forklift
Start your new career as a Forklift/Material Handler with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a Forklift/Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving materials, supplies, and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* Associate degree highly preferred

* 1-3+ years of forklift and material handling experience in a manufacturing environment

* Forklift certification

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to stand for extended periods

* Ability to lift 26-50 pounds

* Ability to stoop and bend regularly

What You'll Do as a Forklift/Material Handler:

* Receive incoming goods and verify shipments against records

* Inspect materials and products for quality and accuracy

* Gather, verify, and package items for shipment according to specifications

* Maintain accurate records of received and shipped materials

* Support receiving and shipping department processes and procedures

* Track and document damaged, defective, or missing items

* Ensure materials are shipped correctly to manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, or customer locations

* Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently

* Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization

* Perform additional duties as assigned
