Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will support the deployment process, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have team skills and experience in material handling, production, and quality assurance. As a member of the production team, you will be responsible for materials, supporting production workflow, and efficient handling and organization of materials.

• Support the receiving and preparation of materials needed for deployment.
• Ensure that materials are properly handled, organized, and ready for production.
• Under the guidance of Deployment leadership, complete configuration production tasks and procedures.
• Work with Deployment leadership to troubleshoot and resolve configuration‑related issues.
• Support the preparation of orders for shipping, including packaging and labeling.
• Maintain proper handling and organization of materials throughout the fulfillment process.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure all orders meet company standards before shipment.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of orders.

• Experience in understanding production workflow, quality assurance, and configuration processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Full 8‑hour shift availability.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to read and identify boxes or devices corresponding to an order.
