From the first shift horn to the last pallet wrapped, you keep our production lines humming. You’ll circulate through cells and utilities, listening for the telltale whir of a healthy motor, catching a bearing before it heats up, and jumping in when a conveyor needs attention. Your craft blends mechanical savvy with electrical troubleshooting, so downtime stays low and output stays high.
What you’ll work onPlan and execute preventative maintenance to extend the life of industrial machinery, building systems, and support equipment.
Diagnose and correct issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize interruptions.
Install, align, adjust, and service components including bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor assemblies.
Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and work orders to guide effective repairs and improvements.
Document your work thoroughly—maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair histories, and a tidy inventory of spare parts.
Partner with production teams to understand equipment behavior and schedule interventions that keep operations moving.
Champion safety every time, following and enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all site procedures.
Support facility upkeep with hands-on work in HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs as needed.
How you’ll do itUse hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments confidently and safely.
Leverage your cross-discipline knowledge to pinpoint root causes and implement durable fixes.
Communicate clearly with shift leaders and peers, aligning on priorities and handoffs.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent; a technical or trade school credential is preferred.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proven ability to operate tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
A track record of contributing independently and thriving as part of a team.
