Arkema is seeking a Plant Manager in Conyers, GA, to oversee all aspects of plant operations. This role emphasizes safety compliance, regulatory adherence, and team leadership to achieve business KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a BS or MS in Engineering, 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, and strong problem-solving abilities. In this position, you'll develop EHS programs and collaborate with various teams to optimize performance.
The position is on-site in a manufacturing environment with less than 20% travel required.
