Core responsibilities

Execute preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform repairs across plant machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems to minimize downtime.

Install, set, and maintain components—bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems—to OEM standards.

Read and apply information from blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders to complete tasks efficiently.

Keep impeccable records: maintenance logs, repair documentation, and spare parts inventory.

Collaborate closely with production to address equipment concerns and plan work with minimal operational impact.

Follow and reinforce all safety policies, with emphasis on LOTO.Support building operations with HVAC, plumbing, and general facility repairs when required.

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school training preferred.
3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

Depth in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment—used safely and correctly.

Basic welding and fabrication exposure is a plus.

Ability to operate independently while thriving in a team setting.
