Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will… Repair and maintain manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment with minimal supervision Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to resolve issues efficiently Support continuous improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and small equipment upgrade projects Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining safety and compliance standards

High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance 3–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP) Preferred: PLC experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens), welding, blueprint reading, or formal technical training
