Control Solutions Engineer Metasys​/FX​/Tridium in Conyers

• Support all complex solutions, including retrofit, installation, and service work for Metasys/Facility Explorer and Tridium BASs.
• Troubleshoot Metasys/FX and Tridium building control systems.
• Program HVAC Metasys/FX/Tridium control systems.
• Survey job information to determine the most suitable solution.
• Work with clients to determine what best fits their needs.
• Collaborate with client IT departments to ensure access and security.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support projects, project managers, service calls, and customers.
• Provide 24/7 support to construction project managers, field foremen, and engineers.
• Assist with unique control applications, provide literature, and offer remote technical support when required.
• Maintain remote access to BAS during project.
• Participate in after‑hours on‑call.

• Individual contributing role.
• Must be able to influence both internal and external individuals, including GCs and owners.

• In‑depth knowledge of various HVAC products, Metasys/FX BAS systems, electronics, and IOS.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results driven in a high‑energy environment.
• Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both with internal and external customers.
• Attention to detail.

• Minimum five years of experience in the controls industry supporting FX/Tridium systems.

The physical demands are those associated with working in a typical jobsite environment.
