What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* 1+ years of packaging or warehouse experience preferred

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Basic math and reading skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

* Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds

What You'll Do as a Second Shift Assembler:

* Inspect and pack products according to quality and packaging specifications

* Maintain production line operations and ensure proper pack-out procedures

* Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures accurately

* Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet customer quality standards

* Meet or exceed production goals and throughput targets

* Verify customer labels and packing requirements for accuracy

* Operate production equipment safely within assigned departments

* Maintain cleanliness of production areas through sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

* Keep workstations and equipment organized and orderly

* Assist other team members as directed by line technicians
