Mixing Operator

Start your new career as a Mixing Operator with MAU in Conyers, GA. As a Mixing Operator, you will produce high-quality products by operating mixing, blending, and packaging equipment while ensuring accurate production records and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes.

What We Offer:

* Pay ranging from $19.00-$19.75 per hour

* First

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

* Second

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM

* Third

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM

* 8-hour shifts

* PPE provided

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED required

* 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

* Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment

* Ability to read and understand English

* Basic math skills

* Basic computer skills

* Ability to accurately document production and material usage

* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

What You'll Do as a Mixing Operator:

* Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment

* Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines to meet production goals

* Accurately record material usage manually and within computer systems

* Use computer systems to track production activity and performance

* Work closely with team members to support production and cross-functional tasks

* Follow established production processes and safety procedures

* Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment
