Start your new career as a Process Technician I with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a Process Technician I, you will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* Relevant manufacturing or process technology experience

* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

* Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

* Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions

* Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

* Willingness to work overtime during peak season, including extended shifts up to 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

What You'll Do as a Process Technician I:

* Monitor production processes, material flow, and machine operations to ensure quality and customer specifications are met

* Accurately record and report production data

* Perform preventative maintenance, testing, and trial runs on equipment

* Complete tool changes and machine repairs while following all HECP LOTO procedures

* Conduct quality inspections, burst testing, salinity testing, and weight verification checks

* Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors regarding supplies and work orders

* Organize and maintain tooling inventory in designated storage locations

* Support production goals established by plant leadership

* Assist with directing Inspector/Packers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs

* Learn and perform tasks across multiple departments as business needs require

* Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
