Required Skills- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality in every task
- Proactive self-starter mindset able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to meet production goals
- Clear oral and written communication, with solid reading ability
- Prior experience on a fast-paced assembly line or in product assembly is essential
- Basic mechanical aptitude for working with automated machinery
- Experience in identifying and reporting machine/process issues
- Familiarity with maintaining cleanliness and organization in a production setting
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial assembly roles
- Ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for long periods
- Must be comfortable working overnight shifts on a 2,2,3 schedule (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and support team goals
