Schedule Options: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Duties- Packing product according to customer standards
- Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
- Having a high regard to 5S
- Having the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and situations
- Monitoring and report on quality of manufactured products.
- Consistently moving product and placing in designated pack outs throughout the shift
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area
- Performing all duties as designated by supervisor/manager
- Performing all duties in support of quality and safety policies
- Helping other departments as needed
- Overtime required at times
- At least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- A "get it done" attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks.
- Abiltiy to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is needed.
- The ability to effectively work with a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success.
- The ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Ability to perform repetitive duties, including going up and down stairs and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
