Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to safely run converted paper machines, perform setups, and conduct quality checks to meet customer demand. You will handle roll changes, ink or materials, and assist with maintenance tasks while adhering to GMPs and safety rules.
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic reading/math skills, and a willingness to work overtime. Prior packaging industry experience is preferred;
Lift Truck certification may be required.
