Enlightened ATL is growing our Atlanta team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build real-world experience in marketing, customer engagement, and campaign execution.

As a Marketing Associate
, you’ll work directly with our team on live marketing campaigns, helping represent brands, engage customers, and support promotional initiatives throughout the Atlanta market.

No extensive marketing experience is required. We’re looking for personality, professionalism, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Hands‑on training and ongoing coaching are provided.

• Assist with the execution of in‑person marketing and promotional campaigns
• Represent client brands professionally at events and customer‑facing locations
• Engage with customers and communicate current products, services, and promotions
• Help create positive and memorable customer experiences
• Support campaign goals, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development
• Track campaign performance and provide feedback from customer interactions
• Develop skills in marketing, communication, leadership, and campaign management
