Gail’s Homecare is a non-medical, in-home care provider dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable care to our clients and their families.

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Marketing Staff member to help grow our agency, increase community awareness, and build strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, caregivers, and community partners.

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing Staff member who can represent Gail’s Homecare professionally and help expand our presence within the community.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Gail’s Homecare services.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior communities, physicians’ offices, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources.

• Identify and establish new community and referral partnerships.

• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, and community events.

• Promote the agency’s services to potential clients, families, and referral partners.

• Distribute brochures, flyers, business cards, and other marketing materials.

• Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities.

• Manage and maintain the agency’s social media presence.

• Assist with creating engaging social media posts, flyers, and promotional materials.

• Monitor marketing activities and maintain accurate records of outreach and referral contacts.

• Follow up with potential referral sources and prospective clients.

• Track leads, referrals, and marketing activities and provide regular updates to management.

• Research local marketing opportunities and identify ways to increase brand awareness.

• Represent Gail’s Homecare in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.

• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in the home care or healthcare industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals, clients, families, and community organizations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Professional, friendly, and confident personality.

• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools preferred.

• Must have reliable transportation for community outreach and marketing visits.

• Must be able to represent the company professionally at meetings and community events.
