Available Shifts- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Part‑Time and Full‑Time Roles Available
- Weekend Option: Premium pay for weekend‑only schedules
- Night shift differential: $5.50/hour
- Weekend‑only roles: Earn up to an additional $12/hour
- $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Full-Time

IMCU RNs provide care for patients whose needs fall between Med‑Surg and ICU levels—offering the chance to strengthen critical‑thinking skills and deepen clinical expertise. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable, supportive care team and leaders who value your voice and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments including vitals, physical evaluations, and medical history review
- Administer medications and IV therapies using safe, evidence‑based practices
- Monitor patient conditions using cardiac monitors, ventilators, and other advanced equipment
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers for seamless care coordination
- Support and perform IMCU‑level interventions such as catheterization, wound/ostomy care, and tube management
- Document accurately in EHR systems (Epic or Cerner)
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge needs
- Support infection‑control protocols and patient‑safety initiatives
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post‑acute services
- Experience in Med‑Surg, IMCU/Stepdown, ICU, or ED preferred; trauma exposure a plus
- Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, airway management, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring
- Proficiency with EHR platforms (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Excellent critical‑thinking, prioritization, and problem‑solving ability
- Compassionate communication and commitment to patient‑centered care
- Knowledge of hospital safety standards and HIPAA compliance
- BLS required; ACLS/PALS strongly preferred
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required
