We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to join a fast paced 21 bed Intermediate Care Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong telemetry skills who enjoys a dynamic environment and is looking for long term growth.
Position Highlights- Days or Nights available
- High acuity, fast paced IMCU
- Supportive, hands on Nurse Manager
- Virtual nursing support for admissions and discharges
- Growth pathway into ICU based on performance
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Competency with telemetry monitoring
- Strong assessment and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
This 21 bed IMCU was built from the ground up by the current Nurse Manager, who transitioned from ICU Charge Nurse into leadership three years ago. She is highly supportive, actively involved on the unit, and committed to developing her team.
