Thursday–Sunday 8:00 am–8:00 pm.
Location:
Conyers 30013.
Age range:
Pre‑teen.
Acuity:
High; trach/vent.

- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component)
- Valid TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
- Reliable transportation
