Role Overview
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff
- Maintain standards of nursing practice
- Ensure delivery of quality nursing care
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state
- BLS certification
- New graduates are eligible
- Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced certifications
- For PRN roles: at least one year of hospital experience preferred
- Sign‑on bonus available
