Role Overview
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies.

Qualifications- Graduate from a nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred)
- New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
- Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Additional certifications vary by specialty, including ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, and others as applicable
Demonstrated ability to coordinate patient care, maintain standards, and obtain specialty certifications within specified time frames. Experience in diverse clinical settings and commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.
