Join a growing, high-acuity ICU where no two days are the same. This is the only intensive care unit in the hospital
, offering a diverse patient population and the opportunity to expand your clinical skillset in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
- 18-bed ICU serving as the hospital’s sole critical care unit
- No specialty silos – you’ll care for a broad mix of patients, including but not limited to Cardiac, Surgical, Respiratory, Nephrology, Diabetics, Septic Shock, MIs.
- Increasing acuity with hospital growth and expanded surgical programs including post thoracic and surgical oncologist.
- Established Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT)
- Focus on delivering high-level care close to home for complex patients
- Flexible scheduling supported by dedicated day and night charge nurses
- Full Time Days, Part Time Days, Full Time Nights and Weekend Only Nights.
- Weekend-only option (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) where Earn an additional $12/hour premium

- Hands-on leadership – charge nurses actively assist with patient care when needed
- Hospital size allows for:

- Lab draws are handled by lab staff

- Strong clinical foundation in:
- Advanced patient assessment
- Critical thinking in high-acuity situations
- Experience with CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) is a plus
- Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations with families and providers
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in where needed
- Manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Titrate critical drips and manage complex medication regimens
- Collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in high-acuity interventions as the unit continues to expand services
