• 18-bed ICU serving as the hospital’s sole critical care unit
• No specialty silos – you’ll care for a broad mix of patients, including but not limited to Cardiac, Surgical, Respiratory, Nephrology, Diabetics, Septic Shock, MIs.
• Increasing acuity with hospital growth and expanded surgical programs including post thoracic and surgical oncologist.
• Established Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT)
• Focus on delivering high-level care close to home for complex patients

• Flexible scheduling supported by dedicated day and night charge nurses
• Full Time Days, Part Time Days, Full Time Nights and Weekend Only Nights.
• Weekend-only option (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) where Earn an additional $12/hour premium

• Strong clinical foundation in:
• Advanced patient assessment
• Critical thinking in high-acuity situations
• Experience with CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) is a plus
• Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations with families and providers
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in where needed

• Manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
• Titrate critical drips and manage complex medication regimens
• Collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in high-acuity interventions as the unit continues to expand services
