We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager to oversee clinical and operational activities for a busy procedural services department. The department has 3 Cath Lab suites and 1 special procedures room
, averaging approximately 18 cases per day and supporting a team of about 60 employees
.
- Lead and develop Cath Lab/procedural services staff
- Oversee daily department operations, staffing, and workflow
- Ensure quality, patient safety, and regulatory standards are met
- Partner with physicians and leadership to improve departmental performance
- Support growth and expansion of procedural services
- Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization
- EP procedures, including cardioversion and pacemaker placement
- Vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Pulmonary embolism treatments
- Interventional radiology procedures, including biopsies, ports, drains, LPs, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
- The department is also expanding its EP capabilities to include ablation procedures

- Current RN license
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong clinical and operational leadership skills
