Charge Nurse – ICU, Nights

This role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care across all patient age groups, managing operational issues during shifts, and providing clinical care as needed based on census demands. The nurse serves as a resource for staff guidance, communicates patient and departmental concerns to leadership, and ensures effective care planning and execution.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program (bachelor’s preferred), at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred), and valid RN licensure with relevant certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, PALS, chemotherapy/biotherapy, and specialized certifications depending on the unit. Additional training in fetal monitoring, emergency response, and pediatric or specialty certifications are required within specified time frames.
