Quality Assurance Technician

Golden State Foods – Conyers, GA | Full-Time | 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Salary Range $45K- $68K

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to test products, perform process checks, and help maintain food safety and quality across the facility.

• Perform tests and audits on raw, in-process, and finished products
• Record accurate documentation of test results and audits
• Provide feedback to production teams on quality and safety concerns
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment
• Train new team members on QA procedures
• Support customer, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Assist continuous improvement efforts in QA

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in QA or food safety
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and quality systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel

• Full-time role in a food manufacturing environment
• Work includes production-floor presence, audits, and lab testing activities
