QA Lab Technician / Quality Analyst

Pay: $18 - $32 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Perm & 6-Month Contract opportunities available)

Chase Staffing is seeking qualified QA Professionals and Lab Technicians for reputable manufacturing and logistics facilities in the Conyers and Lithonia, GA areas. We currently have immediate openings ranging from long-term temp-to-perm roles to a critical 6-month quality systems assignment. If you have a background in food testing, lab work, or warehouse quality auditing, we want to talk to you!

• Lab & Testing Support:
  Support basic microbiology or chemical testing; assist with sensory (taste test) panels and product evaluations.
• Environmental & Auditing:
  Support audit readiness (GMP, pest control) and perform environmental monitoring and sample collection.
• Data & Systems Review:
  Conduct FSQS reviews, document control, data recording, and quality system tracking.
• Warehouse
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Monitor warehouse processes (receiving, storage, shipping), manage product holds, and ensure inventory traceability.
• Cross-Functional Flexibility:
  Comfortably switch tasks across the production floor, warehouse, and quality lab environments as needed.

• Science degree preferred (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field).
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, or food safety preferred.
• Solid understanding of GMPs, warehouse processes, and traceability protocols.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel).
• Strong documentation, reporting, and attention to detail.
• Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training and lift product cases if required.
