Las Flores Olde Town Mex, a vibrant and authentic Tex‑Mex restaurant in Olde Town Conyers, is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! • Prepare and portion ingredients according to restaurant recipes and guidelines
• Assist with chopping, slicing, dicing, and other basic food prep tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
• Support cooks and chefs with additional tasks as needed
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
