Las Flores Olde Town Mex, a lively Tex‑Mex restaurant under Maximus Hospitality & Management, is looking for enthusiastic and service‑oriented Servers to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, making menu recommendations and accommodating special requests.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system.

• Prior experience as a server or bartender in a fast‑paced restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Tex‑Mex cuisine and cocktails is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol (21 years or older for bartenders).
