Target - 2195 HWY 20 SE - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing; maintain knowledge of assortment and brand offerings;
Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs;
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales; maintain floorpad and product availability;
Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests; remerepresent merchandise as it sells;
Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms; support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up per business needs
