The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment. Specifically, this position caters to the Civil market segment and serves customers who consistently rent pumps for short‑term or long‑term projects involving fluid movement.

• B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry required

• Pump equipment background highly desirable
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must
• Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $62,965.00

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
