• Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through the home purchase process
• Identify client needs and match them with the right homes
• Follow up consistently using our CRM and systems
• Convert appointments into closed transactions
• Deliver a high‑level client experience that drives referrals
• Host open houses and convert attendees into clients
• Manage your pipeline, calendar, and daily appointments
• Participate in weekly training and team meetings

• Active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
• Full‑time availability and commitment to production

$75,000 – $150,000+ commission based
