Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Summary

Job Title: Sleep Expert – Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience that puts the customer at the center.
• Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring the customer is always at the center.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase by resolving issues, sending delivery reminders, and more.
• Maintain awareness of competition, advertising, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.

Competitive pay range of $55,000-$70,000 per year
* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
