Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving incremental sales growth and profitability through account relationships
• Monitor key performance indicators for assigned professional customers
• Cultivate net new sales relationships and continuously represent The Home Depot Pro brand
• Sell all products and services available from the enterprise
• Produce new account revenue in line with targets/quotas
• Manage ongoing customer communications using Salesforce
• Conduct initial customer meetings and build relationships

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• 5 years of professional work experience
• 2 years account management/sales management experience
• 2 plus years home improvement or home building industry experience
• Strong ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships
• Ability to leverage relationships to accomplish sales and profitability goals
• Deep understanding of Pro customer needs
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)

Demonstrates expertise in account management and sales growth within the home improvement industry, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Proven ability to monitor performance indicators and achieve revenue targets through strategic relationship cultivation.
