As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll work exclusive leads — no cold calling from scratch — connecting customers with the savings and coverage they've been searching for, backed by the service that keeps them coming back.

- Learn GEICO products, quote and close prospect leads, and engage/follow up with new prospects
- Service existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to support customer retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships
- Strong persuasion skills, competitive spirit, and a high-energy personality suited to being on the phone up to 75% of the day
- Strong computer skills for multi-system quoting, sharp attention to detail, and punctuality to see each quote through to completion
- GA Insurance Producer License Preferred (Employer willing to cover licensing costs for the right candidate)
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and dependable, with strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
- High-energy and driven to be the best, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call center-like environment
- Strong computer, typing, and grammar skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior sales and customer service experience preferred; high school diploma required, college degree a plus; background and credit check required
