• Perform water extraction and structural drying to restore properties affected by water damage.
• Conduct fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning and deodorizing affected areas.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques for mold remediation and prevention.
• Document and report the restoration process, maintaining accurate records for clients and insurance companies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain the restoration process and address any concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the restoration field.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in restoration or mitigation preferred.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks in various environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel to job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and on‑call shifts.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures is a plus.
