• Move heavy, expensive, and sensitive equipment in construction and operating facility environments.
• Assist in rigging and machinery moving tasks under supervision.
• Perform rigging tasks and support machinery moving operations in line with safety, professionalism, and expertise at all times.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Committed to learning and completing all assignments, tasks, and assessments required by the program.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Training materials provided in English only.
• Available to attend in-person, six bi-monthly 3-day seminars beginning in July 2026 (may require air travel).
• Willing and able to travel to training, if applicable.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform general physical activities (climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, etc.) and willingness to work outdoors year-round.
