• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose battery issues accurately
• Experience with disassembling and reassembling battery packs using hand tools
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety with the ability to follow and model all safety procedures
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and stooping

• Prior experience in refurbishing vehicle batteries
• Familiarity with battery testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and circuits

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in battery maintenance, electronics, or related technical fields preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience a strong plus

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift
• Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and participate actively in safety programs
