Maintenance Technician II

Assists Maintenance Mechanic in repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment by performing the following duties.

• Adhere to all state and federal OSHA codes and regulations.
• Maintain plant equipment and facilities.
• Complete preventive maintenance work orders.
• Complete corrective work orders.
• Work projects such as installing gas and air lines, landscaping, and miscellaneous maintenance projects.
• Any duties assigned by the lead man or the maintenance department manager.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assist maintenance/production staff as needed.
• Be flexible with schedule as needed.
• Follow all company established rules and policies.
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

• High school education, GED; or up to one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License.
