Facility Maintenance Technician (3PL – Customer Logistics Manager)
Location:
Conyers, GA.
Schedule:
Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00AM – 6:00PM (some flexibility). 24‑hour operation; employee on call as needed.
Annual Salary: $73,000 (paid twice per month, exempt).

- General building maintenance.
- Maintain and repair the stretch wrap machine (Wulftec preferred).
- Maintain & repair dock packages.
- Maintain & repair material handling equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
- Diagnose and repair 24V, 120V, 230V, 480V electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Build and maintain Predictive Maintenance (PDM) and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all ELS safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Perform additional duties/assignments as required by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree from a vocational school or college focused on Mechanical or Electrical fields (preferred but not required).
- Minimum four years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical field.
- Proficiency in automated conveyor systems and controls, electrical & electronic principles, blueprint and schematic reading, CMMS usage, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical and controls, industrial electronics, industrial PC literacy, NEC knowledge.
- Ability to manage, lead, and influence team members.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively (written & spoken).
- Highly self‑motivated, customer‑centric, and detail oriented.
