Working schedule: Tues‑Sat. Tues‑Thurs: 3:30pm‑Midnight, Friday’s: 12:30‑9pm, Saturday’s: 6am‑2:30pm.

Work location: 251 Penske Drive, Conyers GA 30013.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
  • Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are addressed.
  • Helping make sure facilities are clean and safe environments for customers and associates.
  • Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs.
  • Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

General Requirements
  • High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability and willingness to work outside.
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management.
  • Must comply with DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies, including the selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
  • As this position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file: an annual MVR check, a successfully completed DOT physical, and a Safety Performance History request from prior employers in the last 3 years. CDL holders must have a DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and be subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
  • Must be willing to work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (including criminal checks, past employment, and education), pass a drug screen and physical as required by the DOT, and potential travel within a near geography for training.
Physical Requirements
  • Must move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods.
  • Must use hands on a routine and daily basis to grasp, reach, handle, feel, and operate required tools or controls.
  • Must work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms.
  • Must work safely in all weather conditions.
  • Must see and hear to safely navigate the work environment.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg); also able to push/pull truck tires that exceed 100 pounds.
