What You'll Do:

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and organize goods within the warehouse
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate handling of materials
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to keep the workspace safe for everyone

Required Skills:

• Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating forklifts
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Previous work in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and tools

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience in a fast-paced setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work the 1st shift hours, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Reliable transportation to and from the shift location
