We are looking for an Inventory Associate to become an essential part of our team, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency every day. In this role, you will manage stock levels, perform regular audits, and collaborate closely with purchasing and production teams to keep operations seamless. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact on our supply chain and overall success.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
* Proficiency with inventory management software and systems
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Experience with cycle counting and year-end inventory procedures
* Familiarity with safety and security protocols in inventory handling
* Basic data entry or report preparation skills
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
* Prior experience working within warehouse or production environments
Other Requirements:
* Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a secure workspace
