Order Selector

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER SELECTOR IN CONYERS, GA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Selector to join our team in Conyers, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as an Order Picker, Order Selector, or similar warehouse role, ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.

Regularly, and more lifted below.

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Located in Conyers, Georgia

• Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders from warehouse locations using an RF scanner
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), such as cherry pickers and reach trucks, to retrieve and put away products at various heights
• Verify product quantities, condition, and labeling to maintain quality control
• Transport completed orders to the staging or packing areas
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections of PIT equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counting, and general warehouse organization
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, especially those related to PIT operation and working at heights
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Proven experience as an Order Picker, Order Selector, or similar warehouse role
• Current certification or prior experience operating a cherry picker (Order Picker lift) and reach truck is required
• Proficiency in using RF scanners or other handheld warehouse technology for order selection and inventory management
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the US
