Overview
Job Title:
Administrative Services Manager
Location:
Cookeville, TN
Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities- Proficiency with reviewing, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets, presentation software and working efficiently in multiple data bases.
- Supervise a team of 8 to 12 contract staff, ensure they complete their data collection and data entry assignments daily, ensure all assignments and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- The contract manager is expected to attend all staff and management meetings, take any required trainings, while ensuring all staff attend any staff meeting and take any required trainings.
- The contract manager will work closely with the Admin. to ensure all duties are being met and to develop a smooth running mail hub for the State of Tennessee.
- Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). - 2 - 4 Years Experience in Office work/Clerical work.
