Project Manager - Commercial Glass

Project Manager
- Handle project after awarded work with estimator to handle project moving forward.

Prepare submittals submit to contractor for architect approval;
Submit product samples;
Order and track materials;
Communicate with contractors and attend job site meetings;
Work with estimator on any change orders needed and prepare and submit;
Prepare fabrication sheets for employees;
Work with our job superintendent and field employees on scheduling; installing and project issues;
Position will handle multiple projects.

Onsite position.

Commercial Storefront / Curtain-Wall / Door hardware / Glass types / all components.

Tubelite Aluminum
- Knowledge of software (or similar software).

Must know how to prepare drawings for submittals;
Excel;
Word;
Proficient Computer skills;
Good communication skills; the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and structure resources to meet timelines;
Excellence problem solving skills;
Engage with coworkers on work related discussions to build rapport;
Dependable;
Inform President or VP of any issues that arise from vendors; contractors or employees work together to resolve issues. 5 years minimum experience.
