About The Role
Manage the full project lifecycle for water/wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and heavy civil construction projects from planning through closeout. Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents while requesting quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Select, coordinate, and negotiate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to support project budgets, schedules, quality expectations, and delivery goals. Define project goals, build construction strategies, develop project plans, allocate resources, and keep work progressing within tight timelines.
Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, profitability, production progress, and overall project performance, making adjustments when delays or challenges arise. Coordinate and communicate with owners, engineers, architects, specialists, inspectors, superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, and construction personnel. Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, contractual requirements, safety expectations, quality standards, and other legal or regulatory requirements. Conduct project meetings, report project status, maintain positive client relationships, conduct project site visits, and support bid-running activities as needed.
Prepare and submit pay applications, review and approve vendor invoices, and maintain clear project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
