The position also collaborates with the refurbishment team to maintain quality standards for refurbished units and oversees detailed documentation for returned products. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Provide assistance with product‑related questions and troubleshooting
• Manage return processes, including detailed write‑ups for all returned units
• Collaborate with refurbishment team to verify operational standards and cleanliness of refurbished units
• Ensure units are tested and ready for shipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry for all customer service activities
